1. Description of the service

RvUme is a professional feedback platform that allows users to request, receive and analyze feedback from colleagues, managers and team members. The platform integrates with calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook) and professional networks (LinkedIn) to make the feedback process easier.

2. Eligibility and registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• One account per person. Accounts created on behalf of third parties without authorization are prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

By using RvUme, you agree not to:

• Use the platform to harass, intimidate or harm other users.
• Submit false, misleading or defamatory feedback.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes or in ways that violate the rights of third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
• Use automated scripts to collect data (scraping) without express authorization.
• Intentionally overload the platform's infrastructure.

4. User content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the platform, including feedback, comments and profile information. By submitting content, you grant RvUme a limited license to store and display that content in the context of the service.

RvUme reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Third-party integrations

Use of integrations with third-party services (Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Outlook) is subject to the terms and policies of those services. RvUme is not responsible for any changes to, interruptions of or discontinuation of those services by their providers.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and materials of the RvUme platform are the exclusive property of RvUme and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Service availability

RvUme strives to keep the platform continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, apply updates or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice when necessary.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RvUme is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.

RvUme's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. RvUme reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, with or without prior notice. After termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the terms

RvUme may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.
